Refrigerated Air Dryers & Inline Filtration Systems
Super-Air supplies a complete air treatment package engineered to compliment our oil-injected screw compressors. Each system combines refrigerated plate-type air dryers, multi-stage inline filtration, and automatic condensate removal to deliver consistently clean, dry compressed air, protecting your tools, valves, and downstream processes from moisture, oil, and dust.
All dryers are 16 bar rated and fitted with energy-efficient plate heat exchangers for superior cooling efficiency. Our latest models include PLC control that allows synchronization between compressor and dryer, enabling smart load management and reduced power consumption.
Why choose a plate heat-exchanger refrigerated dryer?
Plate-type evaporators (plate heat-exchangers) are compact and recycle the cold capacity from the compressed air stream, improving heat transfer and reducing footprint compared with older shell-and-tube designs. That compact, efficient heat exchange is a major advantage when space or weight is at a premium.
